Our History
Jersey Weekday Preschool & Kindergarten, licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, opened its doors for the first time in September of 2016. Jersey Weekday Preschool & Kindergarten is a non-profit school that is operated as a ministry of Jersey Church. Jersey has a longstanding reputation for caring for people and connecting them to Christ. The staff at Jersey Weekday Preschool & Kindergarten is committed to that purpose and dedicates their time and energy to our students and their families!
Preschool Director
My name is Kristin Soliday. I have been an educator since 2004. I graduated from Capital University with a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education. I am a licensed Pre K-3 teacher with a reading endorsement with the Ohio Department of Education. I taught in the Groveport Madison Local School District for eight years. I spent my first year in first grade, and then the time after in kindergarten. During my time as a classroom teacher I completed my master's in Teaching and Learning with a specialty in Children’s Literature at the Ohio State University. I am passionate about teaching young children, having three of my own. I am incredibly thankful for this opportunity to work in a Christ centered setting, and I am looking forward to meeting you!

Please submit a resume, references and a completed application, and you will hear from us soon!
It is our preference that all applicants for lead teachers will hold a minimum of an associates degree, ideally in child development or early childhood education. However, prior experience is highly valued and considered! Substitutes for lead teachers will also preferably hold a minimum of an associates degree or higher.
